Orders
All customers that have placed an order will receive a confirmation email, along with a tracking number so you know when to expect your item(s). Contact info.everythingai@gmail.com for more information relating to your order.
We deliver worldwide. Orders are shipped from the UK. Allow 2 working days for your order to arrive, from when it has been shipped (UK). For International deliveries, your order should arrive in 7-12 days, from when it has been shipped, depending on your location. Shipping and delivery dates will be clearly stated at the time of a new release.
No returns or refunds, all sales are final. The only exception is unless item is faulty. Rest assured, all products are thoroughly checked before shipping so this is highly unlikely. Also, shipping costs are deducted from amount refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.everythingai@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All products are thoroughly checked, so it is unlikely your product is faulty.
Shipping
To return your product, email info.everythingai@gmail.com for the return details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
